The Offseason Program is an 18 week program broken into 3 phases:
Sep 15th - Nov 1st: Phase I
3 organized group pitcher’s training sessions each week
3 organized group strength training sessions each week
Focus is building movement literacy, tissue tolerance, strength, and arm patterning.
Nov 1st - Dec 15th: Phase II
3 organized group pitcher’s training sessions each week
3 organized group strength training sessions each week
Ramping up intensity; first max effort days, first full speed mound sessions, first live at bats
Dec 15th - Feb 1st: Phase III
3 organized group pitcher’s training sessions each week
3 organized group strength training sessions each week
Time to compete. Live at bats vs. hitters every week. Full speed bullpens and pitch development.
